What happens if you get sick or have an emergency that prevents you from working our wedding?
Not to worry, I have a group of wedding coordinators that I work with who will be able to cover for me if such an occasion arises (I'm happy to say it hasn't yet). I will make sure that you are taken care of just as if I were there myself.

My location/wedding package includes a coordinator, do I really need to hire another one?
Many locations offer an on-site coordinator who can be very helpful. In my experience, these coordinators, although helpful, oftentimes are primarily concerned with managing the location and not your wedding. After all, that's their job. Hiring a coordinator on your own ensures that you have someone at your wedding who has your best interests in mind - period.

My DJ/Band Leader has offered to manage the flow of my wedding - do I still need to hire a wedding coordinator?
Although many DJs and Band Leaders oftentimes go above and beyond the call of duty to run your wedding day, it's still helpful to have someone who will be there to troubleshoot and manage the details - especially since so much happens before your DJ/Band Leader ever arrives and after they leave. And it's always nice to have someone around who can specifically tend to your needs.

Can I get a list of references?
Absolutely! Just ask.

When should I start looking for a coordinator?
You can start looking for one as soon as you get engaged, especially if you would like someone to work with you from the get-go. For day-of services, you should start looking 2-3 months before your wedding date.

Do you believe in romance and true love?
I couldn't do this if I didn't.
